The never-released project was codenamed NX1 and was created by Neversoft (Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, Guitar Hero) with 2013 in mind. Ultimately, the shooter was canceled and the studio became part of Infinity Ward.

Someone Manga characters And catgurlfriend von X released several gameplay videos of NX1. Former Neversoft and Infinity Ward designer Brian Bright confirmed leaked and even shared details of the game.

Judging by the video from mangafigurines, NX1 should be called Call of Duty: Future Warfare – appropriately trademark was registered by Activision in 2011 and abandoned in 2014. The assembly shown is from December 18, 2011.

The 10-minute video from mangafigurines shows a mission on a moon base in the near future (2040-2060), where the developers experimented with gravity, according to Bright.

There are no futuristic elements in the multiplayer section: Designer had to Use materials from Modern Warfare 2. The team managed to work on it six cardsalso for the innovative (in-series) support mode.

When released, Call of Duty: Ghosts included a mission in space, and in 2016 a full-fledged game in the series about the (albeit distant) future was released – it was Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare from Infinity Ward. Neversoft had already taken the time taken.
