As a reminder, by mid-March of this year, shipments and digital sales of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim exceeded 400 thousand copies worldwide. As it turned out, the game enjoys a fair share of popularity in Japan as well.

So, to date, more than 200 thousand copies of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim have dispersed across the territory of the Land of the Rising Sun, that is, exactly half of the March achievement.

The events of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim unfold over several time periods separated by decades, and the story is told from the point of view of thirteen different but interconnected characters.

The Japanese version of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim debuted on PS4 in November 2019, and reached Western countries in September 2020. In the summer of 2020, Atlus called the project’s sales satisfactory.
