Corsair has announced the iCUE 4000D RGB Airflow QL Edition mid-tower case for gaming desktops.
The novelty is kept completely in white: This applies to both the outer surface and the inner part. The front area has a mesh structure for good ventilation.
The equipment initially includes four 120 mm iCUE QL120 RGB fans: three at the front and one at the rear. Each of them contains 34 LEDs in four separate circles of light. An iCUE Lighting Node CORE RGB lighting control controller is included. Effects can be customized using Corsair’s proprietary iCUE software.
The installation of ATX motherboards is possible. Expansion slots are designed according to the “7 + 2” scheme, which enables the graphics accelerator to be mounted vertically. The limitation of the length of the graphics card is 360 mm.
The computer can be equipped with two 3.5-inch hard drives and two 2.5-inch storage devices. The interface box on the top contains a USB 3.1 Type C and a USB 3.0 Type A port as well as a 3.5 mm headset / microphone combo socket.
Liquid cooling can be used for radiators up to 360 mm in size. The height of the processor cooler should not exceed 170 mm. The case costs about $ 250.
