Colorful MMO society simulator Palia from former Blizzard and Riot Games employees has garnered 600,000 applications for testing

Studio Singularity 6, founded by natives of Riot Games, Blizzard Entertainment, Zynga, Epic Games and Sony, announced its debut project called Palia a few years ago. This is an unusual online game in which players have to deal with mostly peaceful affairs. The concept was appreciated by the players.

As it became known, the developers have been testing Palia since the start of the closed beta in January 2022 receive more than 600,000 applications from users.

Singularity 6 said just over 20,000 players took part in testing. Some of them managed to spend a total of more than 200 hours in the world of Palia in several stages that took place both in 2022 and 2023.

Palia is an online multiplayer social simulation game set in a cozy fantasy world with adventure and open world elements. The gameplay combines many traditionally peaceful activities: house decoration, treasure hunts, gardening, fishing, farming and other peaceful elements.

Palia does not have a release date yet. The developers are also in no hurry to announce the final list of platforms.
