Due to a bug with patch 1.0.4, one of the rarest unique pieces of gear in all of Diablo IV received a much higher drop rate than intended. Blizzard has already fixed the problem and revealed what will happen to the lucky ones.

Remember that due to a bug, the chance of getting the Shutov’s Crest helmet has increased a lot. The joy didn’t last long: after just a few hours, Blizzard stopped dropping all six of the rarest items (not just the “comb”) in the game.
IN Comments Up until the July 8 emergency patch, lead community work Adam Fletcher reported that only 142 accounts had caught the Fool’s Comb bug.
“We have no intention of taking these items away from users. But if there is a bug or vulnerability affecting gameplay in the future, we may need to take action to maintain fair play.”Fletcher warned.

By fixing the bug, Blizzard has given Diablo IV players back the ability to get the rarest items (including Hell’s Assault chests), but don’t expect to get them anytime soon – the odds are still extremely slim.
A patch released a few hours earlier for Diablo IV also weakened the Necromancer’s Bloody Spear ability (now penetrates up to 10 enemies). Capability “was so cool the game crashed”.
Diablo IV was released on June 6th on PC (Battle.net), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S and the first season will open on July 20th. Meanwhile Blizzard rethink The results of the race for the hundredth level in hardcore mode outrage the fans.
