Biostar introduces the B760NH-E board for compact PCs with Intel Alder Lake and Raptor Lake processors

Biostar introduced the compact B760NH-E motherboard based on the Intel B760 chipset for building compact systems based on the 12th (Alder Lake) and 13th (Raptor Lake) generation of Intel Core processors. The novelty is equipped with an LGA 1700 processor socket and is made in the Mini-ITX form factor.

The board is equipped with two DDR5 DIMM sockets with support for up to 64 GB of RAM (slats up to DDR5-6400+ are supported via XMP profiles), has one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, one PCIe M.2 4.0 for SSD and an additional M.2 slot for wireless Wi-Fi module.

The equipment of the novelty includes four SATA III ports, one each HDMI and DisplayPort, three USB 3.2 Gen1, two USB 3.2 Gen2, one USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C, four USB 2.0 and a set of three 3.5 mm audio outputs . The work of the latter is controlled by the sound controller ALC1220-VB. In addition, the board received a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet network interface.


The manufacturer points out that the new B760NH-E can not only be an excellent basis for a compact office or home PC, but also serve as the main compact gaming system.
