Biostar has presented the Racing B660GTN mainboard in the Mini-ITX form factor. The novelty is to build a compact gaming PC based on Intel Alder Lake processors.
The board is equipped with a nine-phase power supply subsystem (VRM). The manufacturer claims that the new items will support up to 64 GB of DDR4 RAM at speeds up to 5000 MHz using XMP profiles.
There is a PCI-E 5.0 x16 slot and two M.2 slots for NVMe solid-state drives that work with the PCI-E 4.0 interface.
One M.2 connector is located on the front of the mainboard and is equipped with a heat sink, the other has been moved to the rear of the mainboard.
The novelty also received support for Intel Optane drives, offers four SATA III connections, one HDMI and DisplayPort, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, two USB 2.0s, one PS / 2, three 3.5 mm Audio jacks and two connections for Wi-Fi antennas. A module that supports the wireless communication standards Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E is not included in the scope of delivery.
Biostar has not disclosed the price or availability of the Racing B660GTN motherboard.
