Remember, The Elder Scrolls VI was officially confirmed at E3 2018. Since then, the project hasn’t received a single new trailer and was still in the pre-production phase until recently.

According to Hines, The Elder Scrolls VI has finally moved from pre-production to active development five years after it was announced. However, production is still at an early stage.

“Yes, [в Bethesda] There are people working on The Elder Scrolls VI, but for now the studio is focused on that [Starfield]. So no, you won’t be hearing from The Elder Scrolls VI any time soon.”said Hines.

The executive added that Starfield will remain a priority for the company. “for some time” (The Shattered Space story expansion is already in development), so the wait for news about The Elder Scrolls VI will be a few years away.
