ASUS today announced the new ExpertBook B3 Detachable 2-in-1 tablet for professional users. The device, which is based on the Qualcomm Arm processor, comes with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled.

The novelty is based on the eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7a Gen 2 chipset, which works in conjunction with 8 GB LPDDR4 RAM. The device uses eMMC storage with a capacity of 128 GB. This tablet is one of the first Windows 11 computers to feature ARM processors. The use of this chip should give the new product better energy efficiency than comparable solutions based on x86 chips.
A proprietary ASUS ExpertBoard keyboard is supplied with the tablet and is connected to the device with a magnetic connector. The tablet is equipped with an ExpertStand, which you can use to set it up like a laptop when you are working at your desk. Among other things, the device supports working with a proprietary active stylus.
Unfortunately, the company hasn’t revealed the screen’s features, just saying that the aspect ratio will be 16:10. The housing of the device is protected according to the military standard MIL-STD-810H.
Unfortunately, ASUS has not yet released any information on the pricing and availability of the new product.
