An insider shared what to expect from Final Fantasy XVI and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in December

Trusted insider Tom Henderson has shared two materials for his Insider Gaming portal when news of a couple of big releases can be expected over the next year – an RPG Final Fantasy XVI and Jedi action Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

According to Insider Gaming, pre-orders for Final Fantasy XVI will begin on December 7th or 8th and will be accompanied by a new trailer. Henderson suggests the project could be part of The Game Awards 2022 (to be held on December 8) – unless Sony and Square Enix have their own show the day before.

In early November, the developers of Final Fantasy XVI announced that the new trailer for the game would be presented later this year – at the same time the team will announce the release date. The RPG should see the light of day on the PlayStation 5 by next summer at the latest (it will be released on other platforms later).

As for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the information is more specific. According to Henderson, the Jedi action game will arrive at The Game Awards 2022 in about 30 minutes with a trailer, release date and pre-orders. The game’s appearance on the show Approved and Giant Bomb journalist Jeff Grubb.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was presented at the Star Wars Celebration Festival in May and is scheduled for release in 2023 on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PS5, Xbox Series X and S The game is scheduled for release in March, the start of the advertising campaign is said to be scheduled for next December.
