Keep in mind that Bloodborne has been actively linked to a potential remaster, port to PC, or even a sequel by a third-party team for the past few years, but these rumors have not yet been confirmed.

According to Grubb, Bloodborne was designed by FromSoftware in such a way that it is not possible to understand its internal structure without the direct involvement of the original developers.

As for FromSoftware, the studio is reportedly busier than ever: Elden Ring has become a major release of all time, and according to Grubb, all energies are being poured into supporting an open-world fantasy action film. However, this will not always be the case.

Bloodborne debuted exclusively on PS4 in March 2015 and sold over 2 million copies in six months. The game exceeded the expectations of its publisher, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and gained cult status in the community.
