Recall that insiders Tom Henderson (Tom Henderson) and the Video Games Chronicle portal assured that the remake is nearing the end of development and “may come out in second half of 2022” (Henderson quote).

According to multiple Grubb sources, the PlayStation 5 reimagining of The Last of Us is set to release this year during the so-called holiday season (November-December).

According to Grubb, not too much can be expected from the graphical rethinking: “The developers already know what the scene should look like and just fix the technical omissions [предыдущих итераций]».

It was previously reported that The Last of Us remake reportedly began as an independent project by Visual Arts Service Group, but later switched to Naughty Dog while VASG retrained as a support studio.
