AMD has released a special version of the Radeon Software graphics driver: Adrenalin Edition 23.20.11.01 for Lies of P with support for the new game Lies of P, which will be released on September 19th. AMD has not provided any information on whether the new driver will bring improvements to Lies of P performance on its graphics cards. At the same time, the manufacturer has fixed a number of problems that appeared in previous versions of the software by releasing a new driver. For example, the “Frames per second” entry in the performance metrics overlay, which was not displayed in various games, has been restored. Additionally, the company has fixed video and audio desynchronization when recording with AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition with the AV1 codec.
Developer of the game Lies of P recommend AMD discrete graphics card owners should use the special driver version of Radeon Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.20.11.01 for Lies of P, although the previous driver version 23.9.1 had no critical issues with this game.
The Radeon Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.20.11.01 for Lies of P driver passed all WHQL tests, but since this version does not belong to the main branch of AMD drivers, it did not receive WHQL certification.
