Alphacool Apex’s main thermal compound is a nanopowder with very low thermal resistance, the composition of which is not specified by the company. The stated density of the thermal paste is 3.5 g/cm3.

Alphacool Apex is supplied in screw cap syringes. Inside there is 4 g of thermal paste and this amount is enough for several uses, and the presence of a cap on the applicator prevents it from drying out.

It will go on sale on June 16th. For example, it will be available in the official Alphacool online shop (item number 1022240). The manufacturer did not name the price.
