Almost three hours of Rainbow Six Extraction gameplay recorded on video

A large gameplay video of the co-op shooter Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction from the Ubisoft Montreal developer studio has appeared on the official YouTube channel of the game publication Game Informer. The journalists recorded the progress of the missions in the first location (New York) and showed some of the components of the game: inventory, equipment customization menu, weapon selection and so on.

During the passage, the core tasks for the players constantly changed. Sometimes it was necessary to clean the premises from infection by foreigners, in other cases – to organize a mission to evacuate a particularly important person.

Game Informer staff tried to diversify the gameplay for themselves as much as possible, regularly switching weapons and using different gadgets for their intended purpose. The uniqueness of the enemies is another special feature of the shooter that can be appreciated thanks to the fresh gameplay video.

During the passage, the authors of the video material came to the expected conclusion that Rainbow Six Extraction is very similar in gameplay to Rainbow Six Siege, only that in the first case the game is completely devoid of any competitive aspect. This is a PvE shooter with agents (there are specialists of “Siege” as well as new fighters) whose skills have been tweaked to effectively fight alien beings.

Rainbow Six Extraction will go on sale on January 20th of this year for PC (Uplay, Epic Games Store), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S as well as Google Stadia and Amazon Luna. The project’s system requirements were announced a little earlier.
