As has been announced, four Xbox Game Studios games will be released simultaneously in the Boosteroid library on June 1st: a third-person action thriller Gears 5, a deathloop shooter, a survival simulator Grounded and an RPG detective Pentiment .
Boosteroid subscribers can stream featured Xbox Game Studios games through the app on Windows, Linux, Android, Android TV and macOS, as well as other browser and webOS devices.
Microsoft made a similar announcement last week for GeForce Now: NVIDIA’s streaming service will get Gears 5 on May 18th, followed by Deathloop, Grounded and Pentiment on May 25th.
Microsoft signed a series of licensing deals to convince regulators to approve its $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard. The deal has already been approved in a number of countries (including China) and the European Commission.
