Aerocool has announced the Rime 4 and Rime 4 Dual universal coolers for gaming desktops. Novelties belong to the tower type: they are suitable for powerful processors, the TDP of which reaches 230 and 250 watts, respectively.
The products are equipped with a radiator through which four U-shaped heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm pass. They are made with Heat Core Touch Technology (HCTT), which ensures direct contact with the processor cover: this increases the efficiency of heat dissipation. At the base is a pressure plate that acts as a small auxiliary cooler.
The Rime 4 has one 120mm fan, the Rime 4 Dual has two. The speed is regulated using the pulse width modulation (PWM) method in the range from 800 to 1800 rpm. The air flow reaches 128 cubic meters per hour, the static pressure is 3.04 mm water column. The maximum noise level is 34 dBA.
The coolers are suitable for AMD AM4 processors and Intel LGA 2066/2011/1700/1200/115x chips. There is a multicolor addressable ARGB backlight. The dimensions are 125 × 83 × 155 mm for the younger modification and 125 × 109 × 155 mm for the older one. There is no information about the price yet.
