The first project was codenamed Marathon according to the source (accompanied by documentation) and is positioned as a big budget (AAA) release for the current generation of consoles.

Developer studio Insider Gaming could not be identified, but it is suspected to be a survival horror game inspired by franchises like Dead Space and Resident Evil. Probably (provisionally) by the end of 2023.

The second project, according to the same Henderson informant, is a sequel to the iconic but not very successful horror Alien: Isolation from the Creative Assembly studio, best known for the Total War strategy series.

Henderson can’t say at what stage of development the sequel Alien: Isolation is: either already in production, or at the stage of submission to the publisher for approval. The developer is also unknown, but the participation of the Creative Assembly cannot be ruled out.

Alien: Isolation debuted on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One in October 2014, and subsequently found its way to Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android. Sega was pleased with the game’s critical acclaim, but sales were not.

Creative Assembly is currently working on HYENAS, an online sci-fi shooter and (through its Bulgarian office) action game on Unreal Engine 5. Measured at Twitter StudiosShe’s also busy with two unannounced games.
