2K may be testing remasters of three BioShocks with ray tracing

In September, thousands of unreleased and unannounced games were discovered in the leaked GeForce Now database. Among them was found a project called BioShock RTX Remaster. And although NVIDIA assured that the appearance of the game in the list is not a confirmation of it, users noticedthat all three parts of BioShock were recently updated on Steam.

Perhaps 2K is testing a potential set of remasters with the addition of ray tracing. As noted by user cloudsheep0, two parts of BioShock Remastered were updated on October 2 and BioShock Infinite on October 3. The latter was released in 2013.

2K has not commented on the BioShock RTX Remaster in the GeForce Now database, nor did it comment on the new testing of the games in the series on Steam. Also in the NVIDIA database, BioShock 2022 is mentioned – a likely new part of the series. It is being developed by Cloud Chamber studio, and, according to the vacancies, it is being created on Unreal Engine 5.
